[שערי] ירושלים

תערוכה שעיקרה ציורים של שערי ירושלים כסמל לעם ישראל. מבחינה אסתטית, כל ציור עומד בפני עצמן. אבל השמחה האמיתית היא לראות אותם מתלכדים ומשלימים זה את זה. הרמוניית הצבעים, הטקסטורות והז'אנרים מתגברת על כל מחלוקת. אכן, כל אחד יכול לעמוד בודד אבל הם עומדים מאושרים יותר ביחד.

כשאנחנו, כבני אדם, לא מרגישים מאוימים מהיופי של שכנינו, אז אנו מאירים את העולם בדיוק בדרך הנכונה לנו.

העבודות הנוספות מהדהדות את מטרתה של העיר המיועדת לאחד.

[The Gates of] Jerusalem

An exhibit featuring paintings of The Gates of Jerusalem as symbolic of the Jewish people. Aesthetically, each one stands on its own. But the real joy is seeing them come together as a complementary set. The harmony of colors, textures and genres supersedes any discord. Yes, they each stand alone, but they stand happier together.

When we, as humans, don’t feel threatened by the beauty of our neighbor, then we each shine in the way we were divinely placed here to shine.

The accompanying works echo the theme of the city that is destined to unite.
