Born in 1987, writer, director, film professor, and columnist, Yair Agmon is a graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School, and has published three works of fiction and two of nonfiction. His short films were screened in numerous festivals and were nominated for the Ophir Awards. His documentary web series, The Hitchhikers, co-created with Elad Schwarz, had two successful seasons. His first feature-length documentary, Rachel Agmon, was screened in Official Competition at the last Jerusalem Film Festival.
