Rome, the end of the 1940s – a city divided between an optimistic future and memories of the War that just ended. Delia lives with an abusive and strict husband, his demanding father, and their three kids. She has a best friend to share her burden with and her eldest daughter is about to marry. She accepts her destiny until a mysterious letter arrives. There’s Still Tomorrow is the debut directorial of actress and screenwriter Paola Cortellesi. It is an original, surprising, and intimate dramedy, shot in elegant black-and-white that takes us back to the golden age of Italian cinema.
