Ecaterina Teodoroiu – The Heroine from Jiu

Set in the eve of WWI, the movie tells the story of Ecaterina Teodoroiu, who would later become one of the most famous Romanian women of the 20th century, due to the bravery she fought with during battle. The film uses newsreels, professional actors, and actual people who took part in the war.
