Lena is the story of a woman who is fighting to free her husband from a Russia prison camp. Lena lives in Israel, she organises strikes, demonstrations and gains the sympathy and attention of the press and public. During this struggle she links a friendly relation with her Hebrew teacher, which turns slowly into a real love. The relation between Lena and her Israeli teacher creates tension with her own family and the whole Russian community. The tension increases when Lena's husband is set free and lands in Israe
