Los Angeles, Christmas Eve. A desperate supermarket check-out girl tries to arrange a drug deal. Needless to say, her plans get out of hand, and the result is a rollercoaster action comedy which is perhaps a little too Tarantino-esque. Nonetheless, Doug Liman's second feature film (after his successful debut, Swingers), is an enjoyable ride especially thanks to the young and talented cast.
